The following notice describes the applicable terms for the Access to the contents and services of the web site Innovation Center for Collaborative Intelligence or ICXCI, titularity of Dontknow Internet, S.L. (from hereinafter, “Dontknow”) a corporation with domiciled in Calle Torpedero Tucumán, 17, 28016 Madrid, with VAT# B86358371, registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid at book 29.467, document 87, Section 8, page number M-530402.

 

Acceptance of Conditions

All Users must read carefully the present Conditions (from hereinafter, the Conditions) before accessing any content and/or using the services rendered by the web site www.icxci.com (from hereinafter, the “Web Site”). For the access to the contents and the use of the services provided by the Web Site it is essential that Users accept the present conditions. By accessing the Web Site and using its services it is understood that the Users are expressly accepting the present Conditions. Where the User does not accept the present Conditions, User must refrain from visiting the Web Site and/or using its services.

ICXCI reserves its right to modify any type of information included in the Web Site, without being obliged to give advance notice or notify at any time the Users of such modifications and being understood that its publication in the Web Site is enough for the acceptance and approval of such modifications

 

Liability

ICXCI is exempted from any kind of liability derived from the public information published in the Web Site, in all those cases where such information has been previously manipulated or has been uploaded by a third party not related to ICXCI.

Dontknow will not be held liable for any information or contents stored in, but not limited to, forums, chats, blogs generators, comments, social networks or by any other means that allow third parties to publish contents independently form the Web Site. However, and in compliance with articles 11 y 16 of the LSSI-CE, Dontknow will actively collaborate with any user, authority and/or other legal enforcement body in the withdrawal or blocking of all those contents that could violate or go against national or international legislations, third party rights, morality or public order. In those cases where a user considers that there is a content which could fall into said circumstances, please immediately contact the administrator of the Web Site (dontknow@dontknow.net).

This Web Site has been check and tested for its proper functioning. It’s perfect functioning can be guaranteed during 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Anyway, ICXCI does not discard the possibility that some programming errors, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances make impossible the access to the Web Site.

 

Links

This Web Site contains links to other web sites. Since Dontknow does not control all contents uploaded by third parties in their sites, Dontknow, in no case, will assume any responsibility in reference with those contents. In all cases, Dontknow declares that it will proceed to the immediate removal of any content which may go against national or international legislations, morality or public order, immediately removing the link to such webs and notifying the competent authorities of the questionable contents.
 

Privacy Policies

ICXCI makes available to users its Privacy Policies, ensuring full compliance of all obligations, as well as the implementation of all security measures established by Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 and related legislation.

 

Intellectual and Industrial Rights

The Web Site, including, but not limited to, its programming, edition, compilation and the rest of elements needed for its operability, the designs, brand logos, text and/or graphics are of the sole proprietorship of ICXCI, or where applicable, ICXCI owns all necessary licensing rights. All contents of the Web Site are duly protected by industrial and intellectual property legislation.

Notwithstanding the purpose for which they were intended, the total o partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization, must be previously approved in writing by ICXCI. Any use without such authorization will be considered a serious breach of the intellectual and industrial rights of the authors.

All designs, brand logos, text and/or graphics property of third parties which may appear in the Web Site belong to their respective owners, whom are responsible of any controversies that may arise in connection with them. In all cases, ICXCI has the express and previous authorization of their owners for their use.

ICXCI expressly authorizes third parties to link specific contents to the Web Site, but in all cases this links must be done to the main Web Site.

ICXCI recognizes to its owners their legitimate industrial and intellectual property rights. The mention of such owners in the Web Site does not imply, at any time, the ownership of rights or acceptance of liability over those owner’s rights, neither the sponsorship of the brands covered by those rights.

Modifications in the Terms and Conditions of use

ICXCI is entitled to modify the present and agreed Conditions at any time without previous notification to its users only by publishing such modification/s in the same meanings as these Conditions are notified or by any other mean it may consider. ICXCI highly recommends its users to check and read periodically these Legal Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies in force at each moment.

Where a user disagrees with the modifications made in the Conditions or the Privacy Policies, the user shall access the Web Site and use its services.

 

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All disputes, claims or legal proceedings which may arise from the present Conditions will be subject to the competent Courts of Law of Madrid (Spain). This Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
