The Executive Program of Collaborative Intelligence (CI) offers the study, design and management of dynamics to optimize environments within corporations and organizations.

CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP THROUGH CI WITH THE APD

All corporations, big or small, from all sectors are facing, with more or less success, its own transformation process to adequate to the new demands born from the digital revolution.

Except from those corporations born in the digital age and with native digital answers, the rest are surrounded by more doubts than certainties. There are doubts about the new business models, it is clear that we need a change, but we are not sure how and where to change.

We are lost in a complex scenario. We are not sure where to go. Or, even being aware of the need to transform the company or having a clear vision and the necessary resources to face it, our corporate culture creates internal barriers that makes impossible the change.
